I just got back from a 4.1 run, 34:21 and a pace of 8:22/mi. HR range was 131-140.
My class went well last night; I learned a few things ans I am trying to incorporate them in my web site project today and tomorrow.
I feel more rested today; my legs were a little tired yesterday.
One thing I wanted to mention, I never warm up when I go out for a training run. I just take it easier at first and let my body dictate my speed.
