3 Days in a Row *

This is my third day running since taking 5 days off after Boston. My right Achilles hurt on/off for the first 3 miles. I was going to cut the run short but then it seemed fine. It's OK now. I find after a marathon things hurt and you just have to work them out. I was slower today; 7.1 miles in 1:00:34 at a pace of 8:32/mi.. My HR was between 60-80% of max; just what I'm usually aiming for in most of my runs.
I see Deena Kastor took 2 days to get to London and then had her slowest marathon. Even the elites have tough days. Results are here,  http://www.examiner.com/x-40326-Marathon-Examiner~y2010m4d25-2010-London-Marathon-results-and-full-race-coverage
