I hadn't run since Thursday. I got 5 hours of sleep and then went for a run this morning. 7.1 miles in 59:38, an 8:24/mi. pace. Last week my fastest time during the run was between 5:51 - 6:22. Today it was 7:04. Third shift takes it out of my legs. I needed to average about 150 miles in November and December to get to 2000 for the year. I'm not sure I'm going to reach that goal.

hope you get to resume a regular schedule (/not 3rd shit) soon and that the manchester race went well.
give those last 150 miles a good fight - you can get closer than you think!
