My sciatica had me up at 3 AM sooo I decided that it was probably a good day to not run to help my running. I got the bike out, pumped up the tires and rode 33+ miles in 2:28:00 at 13.1 mph. I'm not sure if this is good or not but it did help.
I'll see how my night is before deciding if and how far I will run tomorrow.
