Perfect Long Run on Father's Day

So I finished up last week with a 4.7 mile run at 8:19/mi. 29 miles total for the week; building back to 40/week.
Sunday I ran 14.5 miles in 2:00:12, 8:17/mi. and I could have done more (18-20) but I had to get ready for church. Although my bunion on my left foot hurt most of the run, my sciatica did not hurt and I had only one sharp pain since.
Today I started training with my daughter Tiffany for her first 1/2 marathon in October. She is very determined  but lacks some confidence which I hope to work on as much as her physical training. Running long becomes mostly mental if you have put in the time and I believe she will come to this conclusion on her own by September.
