10 Miler

I was laying in bed this morning thinking of all the things I had to do this week; I work every day, run most, and work in the garden besides all the everyday things to help with around the house. There just doesn't seem to be enough time.
It was raining when I started this morning and continued through most of the run. It was nice and cool and the traffic was light. I had to use a port-a-potty after mile 7 but I was able to pick my speed back up and finished with an 8:20/mi. pace. Everything felt good. We had a trigger point discussion after work at Fleet Feet on Friday.
I have since started to use some of what I learned and I believe it is helping.
