I ran a total of 32.4 miles last week increasing my miles again over the previous week. My mileage is much lower this year but today I ran 10 miles at 8:07/mi. and felt great for the entire run. I have had double digit Sundays for the past 3 weeks and I hope to run 18-20 miles next Sunday. The Brooks Ghost is a great training shoe; it's even a great base for running on a cantered surface.
