Strength Training, Running, Ellitigo
I have about 45 strength training things I can do a day besides running 4X's per week, gardening and riding the Elliptigo ARC 3.I'm feeling better, stronger and I will be running a race soon.

Strong Run Today
10.2 miles today at a 4:02 marathon pace. I felt strong throughout the run. Kudos to all the help I am getting!

Coming Back Slowly
I've run 4 out of the past 6 days for a total of 19.1 miles. I have a lot of strength training to do and I have been adding 1 or 2 a day but it's very time consuming. Definitely stronger running 8:56 pace overall today in 88 degree heat for 5.2 miles. Needed more to drink.

Finally, Back to Running
3.5 miles Sunday and 4 miles yesterday. Lots of PT lots of strength training. Still using Elliptigo. Really feeling much better.
